Cubic Games is a game development studio within the GDEV holding. We’ve grown from a small team into a leading game studio with 160+ specialists. Our mission is to create unique pixel-style games — including Pixel Gun 3D, played by 3M+ monthly active users. We’re looking for a 3D Artist — someone who can take voxel-style concepts and turn them into polished, game-ready assets, owning the full pipeline from modeling and optimization to integration in Unity. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and directly impacts how the game looks and feels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Optimize voxel concepts and bring them to final, game-ready assets for the project.
• Own the full content pipeline: preparation and integration into Unity, final tweaks, and troubleshooting when needed.
• When required, create or refine models based on 2D concepts.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling: creating and optimizing models.
• Rigging and animation skills.
• Experience working with Unity.
• Confident proficiency in Blender.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with voxel editors such as MagicaVoxel or Qubicle.
