We're seeking a skilled Brand Manager with a passion for indie gaming to take charge of marketing publishers games on Steam and consoles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement the brand's vision, mission, and identity in line with the game's objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Synchronize marketing initiatives with development milestones for consistent messaging.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty, partnering with agencies, influencers, and media outlets for maximum reach. Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as community management, PR and creative, to ensure consistent communication and promotional efforts.
• Oversee the creation and approval of trailers, key art, and other marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Track and evaluate the success of brand strategies and campaigns.
