We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team working on Taonga: the Island Farm!

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the development of our HR strategies. This role involves comprehensive oversight of HR functions, including managing the HRIS System, company benefits, L&D, eNPS, corporate events, and more.

As the central figure for onboarding and offboarding, the HR Manager ensures everyone is well-informed. They actively monitor team dynamics, ensure fair compensation, and uphold HR guidelines. Additionally, they handle records, reports, assist in obtaining permits, and manage daily requests to maintain a smoothly running office. This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, all aimed at fostering a positive and efficient workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the HR Manager, your primary objective is to ensure the seamless and effective execution of our company’s HR initiatives for maximum organizational value. Leading the HR team, you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our overall culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in the improvement of the compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide HR-related support and address team members' inquiries
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Ensure accuracy and update of HR databases, managing the HRIS system
  • Administer HR-related documentation
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Offer advice on policies and procedures
  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Guide employees through HR procedures
  • Organize corporate events and activities
  • Provide support for Learning and Development (L&D) and oversee eNPS
  • Coordinate charitable initiatives and stay attuned to workplace dynamics
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere and assist the back-office support team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A completed higher eduction in HR field
  • Practical experience in developing, implementing, and leading diverse HR projects
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining company HRIS
  • Confirmed expertise in creating corporate policies and procedures
  • A very good understanding of employment labour law in Cyprus. Knowledge of the basic immigration procedures in Cyprus is an advantage
  • Experience in managing business and employee relations in the team, preferably within the IT sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues
  • A flexible and innovative mindset and creative abilities in developing new strategies and solutions
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
