TEAM, ABOUT THE ROLE
At Playrix, a Junior Project Manager supports teams in developing people and processes and helps drive change. We’re looking for someone ready to grow into managing development teams, who isn’t afraid of challenges, and who wants to contribute to world-class products alongside experienced colleagues.
TASKS:
• Managing cross-functional development teams throughout the entire game production cycle
• Participating in all stages of development, from pre-production and art to engineering implementation
• Assisting with planning, prioritization, and tracking of tasks
• Monitoring changes in product strategy and helping identify areas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience managing a team (even at a small scale)
• Practical experience with software development processes: planning, prioritization, and quality control
• Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Business/System Analyst, QA Lead, or similar
• Technical background (education or experience as a developer or QA)
• Strong interest in people management and willingness to grow in this area
• Passion for games and their development will be a big advantage
