Junior SMM Manager

We’re Grafit Studio — an art outsourcing studio that’s been creating artwork for over 15 years for top-tier game companies like Riot Games, Blizzard, CD Projekt RED, Bethesda, Netease, Tencent, Wargaming, Kinopoisk and many more.
We also produce stunning photo references and tutorials, as well as runnig Grafit Academy, an online education platform for artists.

Right now, we’re looking for an Junior SMM manager to join our team and help manage Grafit Studio’s English-language social media and portfolio channels — someone who’s passionate about art, CG, and the game dev world.

You have a strong visual sense and understand the basics of visual storytelling. You can talk about your favorite artists, designers, genres, and trends — and know how to weave that into content that resonates and has a clear purpose. You speak to your audience with ease and personality — no corporate fluff.

Responsibilities

• Support the SMM team in running Grafit Studio’s English-language social media: write posts, adapt captions for different platforms, publish content on schedule with the right visuals, and engage with comments;
• Communicate with our English-speaking audience and help grow and support our Discord community;
• Assist in showcasing and promoting Grafit Studio’s portfolio: share our artwork on social platforms and in niche communities;
• Explore and develop our presence on new platforms (e.g. Reddit, Tiktok);
• Stay on top of trends and bring them into our content strategy;
• Pitch ideas for collaborations with artists and media;
• Prepare basic analytics reports to track content performance.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience working with platforms like Instagram/Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube (experience with Discord, ArtStation, Bluesky, Cara is a plus);
• Good visual awareness and understanding of current trends in art and social media; a background in art education is a big plus.
• Practical experience in running or actively participating in communities, blogs, etc., dedicated to digital art — and being able to talk about it.
• English level B2 or higher — to confidently manage social media and communicate with native speakers and English-speaking audiences;
• Strong communication skills — you can express ideas clearly in writing and conversations. You care about being understood;
• Attention to detail, a structured approach, and the ability to react quickly — you're reliable with routine tasks and adaptable when things go off-script.
