ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Lead Creative Producer for Age of Magic — a senior, yet still hands-on leader who runs the entire creative production stream for UA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating and developing the creative marketing strategy for the product
• Conducting market research and monitoring competitors
• Managing the full creative production cycle: from writing briefs to analyzing results
• Communicating the vision for creatives to the team and tracking implementation
• Providing feedback on tasks and ensuring quality of produced creatives
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience working as a creative producer in game development companies
• Deep understanding of the creative side of the mobile advertising market
• Understanding of placements and formats of major advertising channels
• Expertise across all stages of creative production
• Ability to clearly express ideas and share knowledge within the team
