Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our live games to ensure a seamless and engaging player experience.
- Develop and execute live operations strategies, including in-game events, promotions, and content updates.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, community managers, and developers to plan and implement live events and updates.
- Monitor game performance and player behavior to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to and resolve live game issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions for players.
- Analyze data and player feedback to inform live operations decisions and optimize player engagement and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of live operations processes and strategies.
- Foster a strong community by engaging with players and responding to their feedback and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience managing live operations for games or other digital products.
- Strong understanding of player engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
