Marketing Content Production Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production schedules, budgets, and workflows for marketing content projects: gameplay and CG trailers, social media content, key arts and visuals, screenshots, animatics, advertising assents, etc.;
• Hire, train, and manage the production team, including freelancers and contractors;
• Manage Content producers and collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and priorities, monitor progress throughout each stage of production;
• Ensure that all content meets brand, legal, and ethical standards;
• Collaborate with the team of Art Directors to refine and finalize the art direction, ensuring the quality and consistency of marketing materials align with the overall vision and objectives;
• Oversee budget allocation for operations and production expenses;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming requests for content production;
• Communicate effectively with project and content producers, internal clients, and team members to facilitate project coordination and resolve any issues that arise;
• Devise and execute innovative solutions to overcome production challenges, actively seeking opportunities to optimize processes and maximize productivity.

Skills and requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing content production, with a strong understanding of various formats such as CG and gameplay trailers, social media content, key arts and visuals, screenshots, animatics, and advertising assets, console (PlayStation and Xbox) projects advantageous;
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and resources effectively;
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse team;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and adaptively in a fast-paced production environment;
• Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software is a plus.

Preferred:

• Prior leadership experience within a marketing or creative agency, particularly in the realm of video game development or as a line producer or above in a full CG full-service production house, will be highly advantageous;
• Portfolio showcasing successful marketing content projects and campaigns;
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
