We are currently focusing on the hybrid casual genre and exploring projects with hybrid monetisation. Impressed with this direction, we’ve decided to try our hand at hybrid-casual projects, but with a bit of rethinking as long-term projects with deeper metagame.
That’s why we’re looking for a Producer with solid expertise, someone who is eager to make games from scratch and wants to start new hits at Playkot.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement the product strategy.
- Set and communicate goals for the game as a whole and for its specific areas in particular.
- Maintaining product work standards: hypothesis generation, analysis, and product conclusions.
- Developing the product team, including hiring.
What we expect from you
- Experience as a Producer in successful F2P projects (from concept to launch) for more than 2 years.
- Proactivity and a focus on outstanding results.
- Experience in projects with hybrid monetisation, an understanding of hyper-casual/hybrid-casual genres, and knowledge of key industry players.
- A deep understanding of game design.
- Experience in building and managing a strong product team, both in people and process aspects.
- Understanding of mobile games marketing dynamics and how product changes can influence marketing strategies.
- Skill in working with analytics and data.
- Solid understanding of development processes and the capability to make impactful product decisions.
- Clear communication skills and a systemic mindset.
- English skills at a level sufficient for fluent verbal communication will be a significant advantage.
