Project Manager

About your role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can strengthen the team in terms of processes on our flagship project, Hero Wars.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the dedicated team
• Participating in feature/task planning
• Interacting with co-producers/owners - product management
• Product delivery planning (high-level and low-level)
• People management (1-2-1, resolving cases within the team, development, training)
• Timely tracking of project constraints (time, people, risks) and managing them

We hope that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in at least 2 different companies
• Have experience in game development or the gaming industry
• Have experience in product creation/development (it's great if you have been involved in both launching and operating a product)
• Possess strong leadership qualities

Nice to have

• Training in project management standards (PMI, etc.)
