Project Manager

We're looking for a manager who wants to build expert teams and help them make successful products. We believe that a manager's role is to improve the world around them. This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more here.

Tasks

• Ensuring the successful development and implementation of product growth strategies
• Building and leading teams: performance reviews, professional development support, hiring
• Production management: creating and developing processes and overseeing their efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in managerial, leadership, or product positions in game development companies
• Exceptional understanding of the principles and processes of product management
• Experience assessing and developing a team
• Fluency in Russian
