Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our energetic Recruitment team at Scorewarrior!

The primary focus will be the fast and efficient hiring of top C++ developers and QA engineers, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining high hiring standards for a product team that builds architectural systems to improve the efficiency of game feature development and mitigate product risks.

What will you do?

• Recruiting exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Organizing all processes of interaction with candidates till offer acceptance
• Organizing a collection of references on candidates
• Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
• Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
• Maintaining ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems with precision
• Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
• Collecting and analyzing data on the work and presenting reports to stakeholders
• Preparation and negotiation of offers with candidates
• Training hiring managers on best hiring practices
• Research and use compensation data to align offers with market expectations

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in gamedev/IT
• Willingness to focus on sourcing and hiring C++ Developers
• Experience in searching candidates and their contacts on specialized resources: LinkedIn / GitHub / Stackoverflow / FB / Habr, and other professional sources and social networks
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Result orientation, proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changes
• Interest in games
• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus
