Team Lead Game Designer

You are our person if you have:

• experience with managing a team of 5 people or more
• deep understanding of the game design principles
• experience of working on F2P mobile games, clear understanding of the FTP mechanics trends
• experience in operating mid-core projects
• strong leadership qualities, ability to lead a team
• vast gaming experience and deep knowledge of the market

Will come in handy:

• experience with Unity

Some points on tasks:

• managing and developing a team of game designers
• planning and setting priorities for the team
• controlling and improving the gaming process, mechanics, economy, and monetization
• maintaining the project documentation
• participating in forming the project's development strategy together with the producer and the top management
• forming technical specifications for the developers and the art team
• maintaining the inter-team interaction
