Game Data Analyst

𝐑𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 is looking for an experienced 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 to join the team working on Fable Town, our cozy casual merge-3 mobile game.

We’re looking for someone who can see player behavior behind the numbers, understands game balance, and knows how to turn data into clear, actionable insights for the team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Regular analysis of game economy and key product metrics;
- Collecting, processing, and interpreting data;
- Conducting research and suggesting improvements to the game’s economy and balance;
- Participating in feature development: designing analytics events;
- Forming and testing research hypotheses;
- Recommending possible improvements across various in-game metrics.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Initiative and drive;
- 1+ year of experience in the game industry;
- Experience in feature development and understanding of F2P game economy;
- Strong knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI);
- Strong knowledge of Python;
- Well-developed product mindset;
- Experience conducting A/B tests and building hypotheses;
- Experience with Apache Airflow (or other data automation systems);
- Experience working with AI tools;
- English level - Intermediate+.
