Junior Creative Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare briefs and technical tasks for video ads, playable ads, and banners

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external contractors

• Monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of deliverables

• Maintain and structure the internal knowledge base

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate ideas for new creatives

• Work on multiple creative assets simultaneously in a production-driven environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, creative production, or an agency environment in a similar role

• Understanding of advertising creative formats (video, performance marketing creatives; playable ads as a plus)

• Ability to create clear, structured, and detailed briefs

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High level of responsibility and reliability

• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution

• Ability to work with a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in agency or high-volume creative production environments

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages

• Educational background in marketing, management, analytics, or related fields
