Work Format
You will work alongside an experienced game designer and:

What You Will Do
Take part in core gameplay improvement: game cycles, progression, and onboarding
Prepare design documentation: short PRDs, feature descriptions, balance tables, and game economy notes
Work on small features and events and refine them (daily and other missions, boosters, offers, and limited-time modes)
Assist with LiveOps: planning, setting up events and content updates and offering QA for them
Analyze player behavior (funnels, retention, engagement, and monetization) and share improvement ideas
Study our and competitor games and write down your insights and conclusions
Cooperate with product managers, analytics, QA, artists, and developers during regular releases

Experience in working with hypotheses and A/B tests
Experience in working with balance, economy, rewards, difficulty levels, and UX/UI
Skills of putting together clear and precise specifications
Comprehensive understanding of product and game designer role in product design
Previous Experience Is an Advantage
Mini portfolio: prototype, mode, a set of levels, project from a game jam, or analysis of an existing game
Basic knowledge of Unity or any logic/script tool
Experience of working with Figma, Miro, Notion, and Google Sheets
Knowledge of product metrics, funnels, and economy basics
