Lead QA

We are currently looking for a proactive Lead QA for our flagship project, Happy Color.

Key Responsibilities:
‍
- Lead end-to-end testing across both frontend and backend components, taking full responsibility for the overall product quality and coordinating all testing activities.
- Improve and standardize QA processes and documentation within the team.
- Manage testing schedules, resources, and priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled QA engineers, promoting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Oversee both manual and automated testing throughout the development lifecycle, as well as ongoing product support.

Requirements:
‍
- At least 5 years of experience in QA, including 3 years in a lead position (both product development and operational support).
- Experience with mobile applications or games with a large user base is required; experience in game development is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, API testing, analytics testing (e.g., Firebase), database integrity checks, and working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer).

- Proficient with:
  *Network sniffing tools (e.g., Charles Proxy).
  *Mobile debugging environments (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode).
  *API clients (e.g., Postman).
  *Database analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery or other SQL-based platforms).
  *Test automation frameworks and tools.
- Proven ability to develop and improve QA processes while managing teams of 5–10 people.
- Excellent leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Russian - fluent, English - Intermediate+.
