As a Product Marketing Manager at Farcanas, you'll be responsible for generating value for a range of products among external audiences. You'll possess a keen understanding of the target demographic's daily obstacles and adeptly articulate how our products address their needs. Working closely with product owners, content designers, writers, and developers, you'll craft the strategic implementation of the products with compelling marketing materials to effectively promote our offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Farcana’s products and platforms, including marketplace and digital asset management platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and business development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies for each product category.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including product messaging, value propositions, and promotional materials, tailored to the unique characteristics of each product.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch plans, and overseeing execution to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to gaming and Web3 to inform marketing strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization's products, representing their value proposition and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management roles, preferably within the technology or gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products or features from conception to launch.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and experience applying these methodologies to drive project execution.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve product goals and deliver results. Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in the technology or gaming sector, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
