QA Engineer

Owlcats Games was founded in 2016. The studio employs developers who worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.

We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our new sci-fi project — The Expanse: Osiris Reborn (a sci-fi RPG AAA project in Unreal Engine 5).

Tasks:

• Functional, integration, and static testing
• Document QA processes
• Decompose features into their structural components for testing purposes
• Create test designs for features
• Write test documentation
• Support and improve all processes within the team
• Be the driving force behind refining processes to help raise the product's quality bar

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in video game QA
• Understanding of the inner workings of game development
• A passion for games, significant gaming experience, and a solid understanding of how games work
• Strong communication skills and a result-oriented mindset
