OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. The studio employs developers who worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.
We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are in need of an enthusiastic Recruiter to help us build a talented team and shape our recruitment processes within our dynamic, young team.

TASKS:

·      Independently fill a variety of job vacancies (IT, art, gaming positions, administrative roles, etc.).

·      Play a part in establishing an attractive HR brand for the company.

·      Contribute to the development of recruitment standards throughout the company.

·      Participate in HR-related projects.

·      Collaborate with a team of exceptional colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience in IT companies is advantageous but not mandatory.

·      A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

·      Self-motivation, decision-making ability, and a proactive approach.

·      A passion for gaming is a significant advantage. You'll often collaborate with industry experts, so a genuine interest in game development can greatly enhance your work.
