Team, about the role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to take ownership of core HR processes at Perfect Play. You’ll manage key stages of the employee journey, support managers in building effective teams, and help us strengthen engagement and culture across the studio.

Tasks
  • Full support of studio HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, employee relocations, and database management.
  • Recruitment support: monitoring hiring requests, coordinating recruiters’ work, participating in hiring for key roles, and maintaining recruitment forecasts.
  • Organizing employee evaluation processes and supporting managers in complex HR matters: monitoring feedback quality, launching and managing 360 reviews, assisting in performance analysis and team management.
  • Supporting the compensation and salary review system.
  • Organizing and delivering training programs for managers.
  • Overseeing internal communications: informing employees about news, organizing Q&A sessions, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback.
  • Supporting corporate culture: organizing online events, working on employee engagement and retention, and developing HR initiatives (including merchandise).
  • Preparing regular HR reports and analytics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in IT companies or game studios.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing HR processes: onboarding, evaluation, training, offboarding.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with managers and teams.
  • Experience in organizing surveys and 360 reviews, as well as working with feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics and practical understanding of their application.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly express and justify opinions.
  • Proactive, systematic, well-organized, and ready to take responsibility.
Preferred
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Relevant education (Human Resources Management).
