I. For which tasks?
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams (with a strong focus on product).
- Conduct in-depth analytical research to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with the team to design event tracking and product data schemas.
- Analyze game economy, balance, player behavior, and the impact of external factors.
- Manage the full cycle of A/B testing, from hypothesis formation to result evaluation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (Tableau).
- Monitor key product metrics and quickly identify problem areas.
- Apply machine learning techniques for metric forecasting and player segmentation.
- Ensure correct game telemetry tracking and data validation.
- Support the product team in making data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with a data engineer to improve data infrastructure.
II. We're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis in merge games with complex economies and long-term progression.
- Strong mathematical background with solid knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau).
- Strong understanding of mobile game KPIs: Retention (D1, D7, D30), ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, DAU/MAU, CPI, ROAS.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Team player with excellent communication skills to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
III. Tech stack:
- Python + Google Cloud stack;
- BigQuery;
- Tableau.
IV. Nice to have:
- Experience applying machine learning methods in production projects.
- Familiarity with advertising SDKs and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
